Team GLOCK Wins at IPSC World Championships

Smyrna, Ga. – Team GLOCK finished their top finishing season at they competed in the IPSC World Championships, held Oct. 2-9, in Rhodes, Greece. Randi Rogers took the title of World Champion Ladies Standard and Tori Nonaka placed second overall in the Ladies Standard Division. Both Rogers and Nonaka were also members of the Ladies Standard U.S. Team which took the Team title in the Ladies Standard Division.

Rogers and Nonaka competed against a deep field of 1100 competitors from 60 countries over six days and 500 rounds. Rogers and Nonaka competed with a GLOCK 35, built by S&J Custom.

“I prepared for the world shoot all year; having shot a G35 in nearly every match,” stated Rogers. “A dozen matches and thousands of rounds later, my GLOCK still ran perfect all year. I could not be happier with my finish for the year and look forward to another championship year next season.”

“I have looked forward to this match all year, and was very pleased with my performance,” stated Nonaka. “This year’s season was exciting competing as a member of Team GLOCK, and I look forward to many more winning seasons with the team.”
