It seems that even in difficult situations Floridians know how to have fun.
ABC Action News was broadcasting from a flooded street in Tampa earlier this week when a man came into view who appeared to be grasping for something in the water. After struggling for a few seconds, the man successfully pulled a fish out of the water covering a sidewalk. Proud of his catch, he ran over to a bystander and posed for a quick picture before the fish squirmed out of his hands.
Surprisingly enough, he was not the only person attempting to make the best of the situation. In the background you can see a group of children floating in an inflatable pool.
