Video: Man Reaches into Hole, Pulls Out Giant Ball of Spiders

If creepy crawlies upset you, then consider this your warning.

This video shows a man pulling a huge ball of “daddy longlegs” out of a hole in a rock face. If it makes you feel any better, that ball of a bugs is made up of Opiliones, which are not true spiders. Members of the Opiliones family include the daddy longlegs or the harvestmen shown in this video.

Thankfully these Opiliones are not venomus and they do not pose a threat to humans. However, that does not make a giant ball of them any less strange-looking.
