Video: Full Auto Franken-AK/Luger Put to the Test

This Luger pistol was given a few slight modifications and transformed into a full auto Franken-Luger AK-47 hybrid, and it’s a thing of beauty!

The Luger pistol has a storied and iconic design, and so does the AK-47. These gunsmiths chopped up an AK and added the front end and the butt stock to a Luger. As you’ll see in the video below, the AK bits are really just for show. Instead of actually using the AK barrel, the gun actually fires through the AK gas system. The rounds also pass through the front sight of the AK.
