Montana 2013 Hunter Education Classes Planned for Bonner & Potomac

Hunter Education classes are planned for Bonner and Potomac in September, and students can register online now at fwp.mt.gov under “Hunter Ed Schedule.”
Classes are free, and a student must be at least 11 years old to be certified. Anyone born after January 1, 1985 must present a Hunter Education Certificate in order to purchase a hunting license in Montana.
In Bonner, class orientation is set for Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bonner School (9045 Mt Highway 200). Classes are set for Sept. 17, 18, 24, 25, 26 and Oct. 1 & 2 from 6:30-9 p.m. at the school.
In Potomac, classes are Sept. 16, 17, 18, & 20 from 6:30-9pm with a field course on Saturday, Sept. 21. All classes are held at the Potomac Community Center (29827 Potomac Road).
Students are encouraged to register online now, but Bonner students may also register at the orientation session on Sept. 10, and Potomac students can register the first night of class, Sept. 16.
