Packing climbing sticks has just gotten easier with the introduction of the extremely lightweight HAWK Helium™ and ultra-thin HAWK raZOR™ Climbing Sticks.
The HAWK Helium Climbing Sticks come in three 30’’ sections and are a mere 2.8lbs per 30” section. The steps fold into the stick for a compact package that stacks together securely for carrying. The raZOR Climbing Sticks are like no other design ever seen – aluminum construction with a dual post and fold-out angled Traction Steps for a lightweight yet substantial and secure climbing system. With the steps folded in, the raZOR Sticks are the thinnest climbing stick ever produced. Both the raZOR and the Helium Climbing Sticks pack very low against a stand platform.
“We wanted to make some of the lightest and most portable climbing sticks available without giving up safety and confidence climbing the tree,” says HAWK President Scott Lee. “Just like with our innovative Safe-Tread™ Steps on our ladderstands, we designed the Helium and raZOR climbing sticks with superior gripping steps which feature anti-slip teeth and raised step edges to prevent your boot from slipping.” Both the Helium and raZOR climbing sticks also feature Tree Digger teeth for superior stability.

All HAWK climbing sticks include their exclusive Silent-Overmolded Treestrap Hooks to prevent noise whether packing or installing. The raZOR climbing sticks are 32” per section, weigh 3.6lbs and designed with slightly angled Wide Double Traction steps that allow more foot room between the step and the tree and provide superior grip.
Retailing between $99.99 and $119.99 the all- extruded and welded aluminum climbing sticks come in 3 pack which allowing hunters to set each section at their desired position and recommended height. The stamped cut outs save on weight and both the Helium and raZOR 3-Pack include Tight-Pack Bungee Cords for secure hiking.
HAWK’s Helium and raZOR aluminum climbing sticks series will be available at major sporting goods retailers in 2014.
