U.S. Senator Marco Rubio Meets with Guy Harvey

Steve Stock, president of Guy Harvey Inc. and the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation, and Antonio Fins, Exec. Director of the GHOF, are in Washington DC this week to discuss important recreational fishing interests with policymakers and legislators. Stock is on the Board of Directors for the Center for Coastal Conservation. Topical subjects include re-authorization of the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Management Act and the Sportsman Act.
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio has been actively working with the group on behalf of and for the benefit of recreational fishermen. He is a fan of Guy Harvey’s artwork and loves the “Old Man & the Sea” story hence the artwork in his conference room where this picture was taken yesterday.
