Carnivore Adds Joe Braman to Season III on Pursuit Channel

The Pursuit Channel television series Carnivore, hosted by Gary Roberson, owner of Burnham Brothers Game Calls, will add fellow Texan Joe Braman to its cast in 2013. Braman, an outdoorsman, rancher and gourmet chef, is perhaps best known as a houndsman.
“I have experienced the loss of cattle and wildlife to bobcats and coyotes, so I understand the importance of predator control and the role it plays in operating a profitable ranch,” said Braman.
“And for me, there’s nothing more exciting than following dogs on the trail of a big cat through the thick brush. It’s a side of predator hunting rarely seen and I’m anxious to bring some of that to Carnivore.”
“Experiencing a gourmet chef chase a pack of rough-and-tumble hounds through unforgiving terrain is just a little bit weird,” said Roberson. “But Joe does it well and unapologetically and, together, that will continue to make Carnivore on the Pursuit Channel the most engaging predator hunting show on television.”
