POST FALLS, IDAHO– Buck Knives has a new answer for anyone looking for a lightweight and quick-deployment folder that provides self-defense in dangerous situations. It’s their new Vantage Force series, with the latest advances in tactical design and innovation.
There are three models in the series, following Buck’s “good-better-best” pricing program. All have a 3-1/4″ drop-point blade, which opens so quickly and smoothly with its efficient blade-flipper, you’d think it’s an assisted-opener. With an over-sized liner lock and a rugged stainless steel frame, it provides ultimate strength and durability.
Top of the line is the 847 Vantage Force Pro. Made of highest-quality S30V stainless steel, the blade is black oxide-coated for a non-reflective surface, and is also available partially serrated. The handle is a combination blue-black CNC contoured G-10, with a tactile grip for maximum control and performance. It has a stainless steel reversible clip for discreet carry. It closes to a compact 4-3/8″ and weighs only 4.6 oz., yet provides reliable protection for professionals who put themselves in harm’s way. MSRP, $135.
The 846 Vantage Force Avid offers all the same basic features, and has a blade made of 13C26 Sandvik steel, with the same non-reflective coating, with or without partial serrations. The handle is black anodized 6061 T6 aluminum. It weighs 4.8 oz. MSRP, $95.
Also providing the essential features and benefits, the 845 Vantage Force Select has a non- reflective blade made of Buck’s time-tested 420HC steel, with partial serration optional, and the handle is black glass-reinforced nylon, grooved for a sure grip. It weighs only 4.3 oz. MSRP, $60.
Adding to fulfillment of Buck’s American Commitment, all three of the Vantage Force tactical knives are made in the USA, and they are backed by Buck’s Forever Warranty.
