GunBroker.com, the world’s largest Internet auction site for firearms and accessories, is hosting the special charity auction of a one-of-a-kind Browning Citori Gran Lightning XS NRA-Edition 4-barrel set to benefit the National Rifle Association. Available for bidding through Sept. 14 at 2 p.m. ET, the rare skeet set was crafted through a partnership with The NRA Foundation, Browning Arms Co. and Baron Technology Inc.
“Browning is honored to support the National Rifle Association and The NRA Foundation in any way we can,” said Denny Wilcox, Firearms Product manager for the Browning Arms Co. “Contributing to an organization at the forefront of preserving the Second Amendment rights of US citizens and promoting the shooting sports to the world is an honor.”
The Browning Citori Gran Lightning joins a long list of custom guns assembled for Friends of NRA over the last two decades. Built on a 12GA frame, the shotgun includes 28″ 12GA, 20GA, 28GA and 410GA jeweled barrels. Its exquisitely engraved Watts nickel-plated receiver features 24K gold plating for an antiqued appearance.

“This one-of-a-kind Citori is an extraordinary offering and will be the centerpiece of anyone’s collection,” said David Baron, president, Baron Technology Inc. “You win in two ways with your bid on this shotgun, and the rest of us win too – by your generous support of The NRA Foundation and the Friends of NRA program.”
All funds raised by this auction will go to The NRA Foundation. Since its inception 1992, The NRA Foundation has been America’s leading charitable organization in the support of shooting sports, funding more than18,000 grants totaling more than $180 million.
“Working with Browning and Baron Technology on this shotgun set over the last six months has been exciting,” said John Da Silva, national manager of Events & Marketing, Friends of NRA. “Industry support is fundamental in achieving The NRA Foundation’s mission. It’s gratifying to play a part in making a difference preserving the future of shooting sports across America.”
