For the second consecutive year, Liddle Marketing Company has been nominated by the readers of Minnesota Meetings + Events for the Best Teambuilding Event. The top three nominees await the final ranking, which will be announced at the Cowles Center on Wednesday March 28th. The event marks the tenth annual “Best of” awards presentation. LMC is thrilled to receive this nomination from the meeting professionals throughout the Midwest.
“What a great honor to have the hard-working event professionals recognize LMC for the second year in a row,” shared George Liddle, President of LMC. “Our attention to detail that impresses all event planners has paid off, and our reputation has grown with the dependability that is absolutely essential for corporate outings. We produce first-class events that are completely turnkey.”
One of LMC’s most unique teambuilding events is the Corporate Fishing Event. What could be better in the land of 10,000 lakes on a summer day than a day fishing on the water? Guests arrive to discover a fleet of tournament-rigged Ranger Boats at the end of the docks, complete with a professional angler at the helm. After introductions and angler/guest pairings, the horn sounds for an official “blast off.” Then it is game on, with everyone enjoying some quality time on the water. Guests experience the power behind each Ranger Boat and Evinrude E-TEC motor. Talk about a little adrenaline with your morning coffee.
Equipped with high-end fishing tackle, all the bait and need-to-have necessities for the day, the pros stand ready to offer educational fishing instruction, if needed. At the end of fishing, the weigh-in is complete with stage, emcee, prizes, food and beverage, and of course, bragging rights. “This is a really great program,” shared Don Nelson of KrugerFarms.com, a corporate fishing event client. “We invite our top vendors and customers to our corporate fishing events and confidently know that every detail will be attended to, and our guests will leave with smiles.”
