Four Warm Springs Productions’ Series Announced as Finalists for Viewer-Decided Outdoor Television Awards

Warm Springs Productions was recognized by viewers as a top rated producer of outdoor television, receiving 4 nominations for the viewer-decided Sportsman Choice Awards. The awards ceremonies will take place in Las Vegas during the annual Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show.
“It’s truly an honor to have so many passionate viewers of our shows,” said Marc Pierce, CEO of Warm Springs Productions. “Our goal has always been to create entertaining and unique television and we’re glad to see that’s resonating with sportsmen and women.”
Sportsman Channel’s Sportsman Choice Award nominations include:
Federal Premium’s On Your Own Adventures, a series featuring hunting adventures and tips for the non-guided, public and accessible land hunter, and hosted by Bozeman-based Randy Newberg, received a nomination for “Best Host”.
NRA’s Guns & Gold, a series featuring two evaluators from the National Rifle Association’s National Firearms Museum who take the guns brought to them by NRA members and discover the features that make those items unique, learn the individual stories of each item’s owner and, ultimately experience the excitement or the disappointment as these collectors find out what their prized possesion are worth was nominated for “Best Shooting Show” and “Best Show Open”.
Finally, Brotherhood Outdoors, a “give and take” kind of series whereby union brothers/sisters eagerly act as the host’s guide, taking him to their favorite hunting and/or fishing location; or the host gives a deserving union member a quality outfitted North American trip of their choosing, received a nomination for “Best Combo Hunting and Fishing Series”.

The crew at Warm Springs Productions has more than 30 years of combined experience hosting, filming and producing hunting, fishing and outdoor adventure television. And since its founding in 2008, the company has experienced meteoric growth and currently produces series for Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, Travel Channel, History, and Discovery Science.
