OutdoorHub 01.16.13
Are you looking to get out of the house after the holidays? Come to The Wildlife Experience and experience ice fishing first-hand. Join Dave Bryant and Bill Miller from Lake Ice U.S.A. at the museum where we will begin with a classroom introduction to ice fishing. Dave and Bill will discuss and demonstrate ice safety, tackle, gear and trout fishing techniques. We will then head offsite and experience ice fishing under the expert tutelage of Lake Ice USA! Fishing location will be determined a few days prior to the event. We have multiple weather dependent locations each about a forty-five minute drive from the museum. Ice fishing rods and tackle will be provided. Dress for outdoor, winter
weather, warm boots are especially important. Minimum age is 6 years.
