SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA, a subsidiary of the Austrian based company, would like to recognize archery champ, Reo Wilde, for all of his accomplishments. After an impressive 2012 season, Reo Wilde, sponsored by SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA, starts off 2013 by winning the first leg of the 3 Star Tour in the individual freestyle unlimited event.
The 2013 “NFAA World Archery Festival”, held February 8-10th at the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, serves as the first leg of the 13th Annual 3 Star Tour. The weekend competition includes the traditional 3-spot 20-yard “Vegas Round” that made this tournament famous. The next two legs of the tournament will take place on March 16-17, the NFAA Indoor National Championships in Louisville, KY, and the First Dakota Classic on April 20-21st in Yankton, SD.
Reo has been shooting archery for over 16 years, and has won more archery world championship gold medals than any compound archer. He is also the first shooter to win all the world cup stages in one single year.
“In a sport where scoring is measured in millimetres, I wouldn’t trust all my hard work to any other optic than SWAROVSKI. The sharpness and clarity gives me a clear advantage to see where I hit and what the weather is doing to my arrows. It has helped me reach amazing levels,” says Reo Wilde.
Dean Capuano, Director of Communications for SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA says, “Working with Reo has been great; it is very exciting for us to be associated with one of the top archers in the world. Reo and his competitors demand the best product out there and we take a great amount of pride providing him with tools necessary to be the best in the world. We congratulate him on a very successful 2012 and great start for 2013.”
