Colorado’s Barr Lake State Park Host President’s Day Activities

Are you looking for something fun to do with your kids this holiday? Please join us at Barr Lake State Park, as the Nature Center will be open on President’s Day, Monday Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We’ll have kids’ crafts all day and a nature hike at 10 a.m. The three-mile hike will explore the wildlife refuge and we’ll observe our roosting bald eagle population. Programs are FREE; all that is needed is a valid park pass.

WHERE: Barr Lake State Park, 13401 Picadilly Rd, Brighton, CO
HOW: All activities are free, however a Parks pass is required to enter the park ($7 daily/$70 annual)
