Wardens Say New Bullet-arrow Product Not Legal to Use in Wisconsin
OutdoorHub 03.25.13
The DNR conservation wardens have been taking phone calls and e-mails about a new product that combines the use of an arrow with a .38 or .357 magnum bullet into a tip that fits into the end of most modern arrows. The wardens would like you to understand that under Wisconsin law, this device is not legal to use to hunt or bow fish for any species.
An arrow equipped with a firearm ammunition round in the tip, designed to explode on impact, would not be legal to use for hunting or fishing, or even to possess while hunting or fishing in Wisconsin.
