New Season of Ducks Unlimited TV Begins July 1

A brand new season of Ducks Unlimited TV kicks off July 1 on the Outdoor Channel. This season, host Field Hudnall joins DU volunteers and other passionate waterfowlers at some of the best duck and goose hunting locations in North America.

DU TV will air three times per week from July through December: Mondays at 12:00 pm; Saturdays at 8:00 pm; and Tuesdays at 10:00 am (all times Eastern).

“Ducks Unlimited TV celebrates the special kinds of waterfowling experiences that many DU members enjoy,” said DU CEO Dale Hall. “Each episode also celebrates the passion our members and volunteers have for conserving the wetlands and other habitats that make our waterfowling traditions possible.”

New to DU TV this year is host Field Hudnall. Field has been hunting waterfowl since he was eight years old. He is an experienced designer and builder of hunting calls and a champion duck and goose caller.

“Having grown up watching Ducks Unlimited Television and supporting Ducks Unlimited, I could not be more proud to be a part of this show,” said Field. “After traveling all over the US and Canada, and having the opportunity to see the work that DU is doing, I am confident there is no better way to ensure the future of our waterfowling heritage than to support DU.”

Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation. DU got its start in 1937 during the Dust Bowl when North America’s drought-plagued waterfowl populations had plunged to unprecedented lows. Determined not to sit idly by as the continent’s waterfowl dwindled beyond recovery, a small group of sportsmen joined together to form an organization that became known as Ducks Unlimited. Its mission: habitat conservation. Thanks to decades of abiding by that single mission, Ducks Unlimited is now the world’s largest and most effective private waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization. DU is able to multilaterally deliver its work through a series of partnerships with private individuals, landowners, agencies, scientific communities and other entities.
