PRADCO Outdoor Brands (POB) continues to build for the future with the creation of an Online Marketing Team to bolster the company’s Internet presence. The team-responsible for 10 POB commerce websites-will grow digital sales, enhance POB website properties and acquire social media fans, while providing oversight of online advertising, content marketing and merchandising efforts.
“The Online Marketing Team’s work is essential to our growth, increased profitability and long-term success,” said John Skrabo, Vice President of Marketing for PRADCO Outdoor Brands. “We must own our brands with the consumer, and that means increasing our efforts and promoting our products in the digital world.” Skrabo said POB is consolidating its digital marketing efforts. “The hiring of four new digital-savvy marketers shows our commitment to growing this aspect of our business,” he said.
Ed Noles was named Director of Internet Marketing and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and marketing of a portfolio of e-commerce websites. He manages a team of specialists to maintain inventory, process orders and conduct online marketing efforts.
Joining Noles on the Internet Marketing Team is Matt Carufel, PRADCO-Fishing E-Commerce Marketing Manager, who provides management oversight across PRADCO-Fishing’s Internet presence, including optimization, channel development, new marketing strategy and digital reporting and analytics; Beth de Kozan, Online Catalog Specialist, who updates and organizes online catalogs for multiple PRADCO websites, produces weekly analytics that track the e-marketing channel revenues, pay-per-click efforts and SEO, and serves as customer service agent for Oak Mountain Outfitters; and Wesley Gulledge, Web Producer, who is responsible for the collection, creation and distribution of associated Internet content, including email campaigns and social media outlets.
A major component of the team’s efforts includes identifying and expanding new and existing Internet marketing channels, including pay-per-click advertising, acquisition strategies, affiliate marketing and more.
POB is now managing EBSCO’s first website based on the Magento platform, www.OakMountainOutfitters.com. In addition to Oak Mountain, the team will manage e-commerce websites for Moultrie Feeders, Summit Treestands, Knight & Hale Game Calls, Wingscapes, Code Blue Scents, Bomber Saltwater Grade, Lindy Fishing and all of PRADCO-Fishing’s freshwater brands.
