Brownells Sponsors Shooting Industry Magazine’s “Shooting Industry Masters 2013” Competition

Brownells – The World’s Largest Supplier of Firearms Accessories, Ammunition and Gunsmithing Tools – is pleased to announce their Platinum-Level Sponsorship of Shooting Industry Magazine’s “Shooting Industry Masters 2013″ competition July 19-20, 2013, at the Cody Shooting Complex in Cody, Wyoming.
The annual event, owned and managed by FMG Publications, is a three-gun style shooting match reserved for those actively employed in the firearms industry.
Proceeds from the Shooting Industry Masters benefit the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s First Shots program – an effort to introduce new people to firearms and safe shooting practices. The USA Shooting Team is also a benefactor of the event. Since 2003, more than $150,000 has been raised to assist these programs.
In addition to their support of the event, a team of Brownells employees will compete in the event.
“We always have a wonderful time at the Industry Masters,” said Brownells’ Chairman Frank Brownell, who will also be attending. “It’s kind of like a family outing and a great way for members of our industry to get together in a fun, informal setting. I love taking some of the Brownells gang along to talk with old friends and make new ones. We don’t seem to win any prizes, but hanging out with the FMG gang and other buddies is great.”
