Crimson Trace Supports Shooting Industry Masters 2013

Crimson Trace, the recognized industry leader in laser sighting systems for firearms, announces the company’s participation in the “Shooting Industry Masters 2013.” The fundraising competition is underway at the Cody Shooting Complex in Cody, Wyoming. This annual event is organized by Shooting Industry Magazine and is a 3-gun style shooting match reserved for those actively employed in the firearms industry.
Proceeds from the 3-day program benefit the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s First Shots program – an effort to introduce new people to firearms and safe shooting practices. The USA Shooting Team is also a benefactor of the event and several Olympic shooters—and hopefuls—are present for the competition.
“Crimson Trace is proud to be part of this event that gives back in hopes to introduce new shooters to the industry,” stated Jeff Goddard, Crimson Trace Sales Director. “We are having a great time participating and networking with our industry friends at a great shooting complex that was only made better by the wonderful staff from FMG.” That staff works around the year to complete all of the logistics necessary to organize the event, activities and fund raising auctions.
The two-day event includes handgun, rifle and shotgun competitions. Included in the local activities is a tour of the famous Buffalo Bill Historical Center with one of the world’s largest firearms collections.
Representing Crimson Trace are: Lew Danielson, Founder and Chairman of the Board; Jeff Goddard, Director of Sales; Dan Schott, Brand Manager; and Michael D. Faw, Media Relations Manager. Crimson Trace has participated annually in this event since it began 11 years ago.
