Cabela’s Celebrates the Start of Fall with Fall Great Outdoor Days

Cabela’s Boise celebrates the beginning of fall with Fall Great Outdoor Days on August 17 and 18 from 9:00am – 4:00pm, and the following weekend from 9:00am – 4:00pm. In collaboration with over 40 local conservation partners and groups, Cabela’s is hosting the largest outdoor event of the year with a variety of fun interactive activities for the whole family.

Those activities include: free seminar presentations, meet and greet with local groups, live music, a benefit BBQ to support Scooter’s Youth Hunting Camp and much more.

Visitors to Cabela’s Fall Great Outdoor Days will also enjoy Big Game Calling Classes, interactive displays by the NRA and Safari Club International, Cabela’s Kids BB Gun Shooting Range and much more.

Cabela’s will offer a full schedule of free workshops and in-store demonstrations on a variety of topics during Fall Great Outdoor Days. Highlights include:

  • Calls of the Wild: Big Game Calling Tactics and Strategies
  • Become Bear Prepared
  • Ladies at the Range – Archery Gear for Women
  • After the Shot – Game Packing and Retrieval
  • Firearms Responsibility in the Home
  • Zero in on Your Game with a Rangefinder

Classes are free of charge and are taught by local experts.
