Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy Commences Executive Protection Training at New Fredericksburg,VA Facility

Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA) announces that it has completed its training contract with ACADEMI in Moyock, North Carolina, formally know as Blackwater Training Center, and has opened a new CCJA training facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Tom Perroni, President of CCJA and former Training Director for Executive Protection for ACADEMI, has teamed up with Faron Burcker, former Executive Director of ACADEMI Consulting and WPPS Director of Training, to bring the best EP/PPS/PSD training to the Northern Virginia area.
The new CCJA facility is located in a larger space at a premier Fredericksburg, Virginia, address to accommodate its rapidly expanding footprint in the Northern Virginia market. The new 13,000 square foot office is around 10,000 square feet larger than CCJA’s prior location and is located in the Bowman Center at 56 Joseph Mills Drive Fredericksburg, VA 22408. The new facility features a new indoor shoot house and driving track and a new outdoor range.
Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA) has been responsible for all the DCJS/Executive Protection Training at ACADEMI’s Moyock, NC location for the past 16 months, providing cutting-edge curriculum and top-level instruction.
CCJA will be offering courses for private security, law enforcement, military and high threat contractor training and open course for civilians. Courses include Executive Protection (EP) Training (DCJS), Advanced Executive Protection, Security Driver Training, Protective Intelligence Training, Advance / Survey course, Protective Medical Training, Entry Level Handgun for EP, Advanced Handgun for EP, and Individual EP Agent Course. These courses can be taught for Permissive, Semi-Permissive, Non-Permissive environments.
All trainers at Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy are active security professionals, so the instructor not only teaches the material but also practices it in the field. This provides the student with the ability to get text book information that has been tempered in real world experience.
