MSNBC to Feature Pro Kayak Angler Drew Gregory’s Goose Attack Video

   04.03.12

Professional kayak angler pioneer Drew Gregory will be featured on MSNBC’s Caught on Camera program Sunday, April 8 at 8 p.m. ET.  Gregory’s now famous “Goose Attack” video, which went viral after one of his fishing trips in 2010, will be one of the highlighted clips on the show.

The clip displays Gregory in the middle of a nice, peaceful fishing outing at St. Marks River in St. Marks, Fla., when suddenly an unsuspecting Gregory is attacked by a goose – toppling him and his kayak into the water.

“I literally had no idea what was going on, since the goose sidled up to me so quietly and attacked me from behind, which, by the way, is sort of a cheap shot if you ask me,” said Gregory, recalling the event.  “I mean, at least attack me face-to-face like a man!”

After going viral on the internet, Gregory’s clip was featured nationally on The Jay Leno Show, The Today Show, Fox & Friends Morning Show, ESPN’s SportsNation, The O’Reilly Factor, America’s Funniest Home Videos, and Discovery’s When Animals Bite Back among many others.
