Altus Brands Acquires Kwikee Kwiver

Altus Brands LLC, a Grawn, Mich., company, has acquired Kwikee Kwiver, Inc., based in Traverse City, Mich.
Kwikee Kwiver is the maker of the most popular quiver in the world, available in a variety of models. Kwikee Kwiver also offers quality bow accessories, arrow holders and replacement parts.
Gary Lemanski, president of Altus Brands LLC, said, “We are really pleased to be able to have Kwikee Kwiver in our portfolio of brands and look forward to growing this iconic brand in the archery industry. Kwikee Kwiver further expands our offering into the archery platform we are seeking to develop and grow.”
Chet Grant, former owner of Kwikee Kwiver, said, “I believe Altus Brands is the company that can continue the legend of the Kwikee Kwiver brand.”
Kwikee Kwiver will be relocated to Altus Brand’s facility in Grawn, Mich., in Q1 2014.
Since 2008, Altus Brands LLC has worked with small to mid-sized companies in the hunting, shooting and outdoor market to unlock their potential for growth through partnerships and acquisitions. The company has acquired and developed eleven brands, including Cass Creek Outdoors, Pro Ears hearing and amplification products, Benchmaster, Woodland Whisper, Harmon Scents, Heart Stopper Lures, Extreme Dimension Wildlife Calls and Kwikee Kwiver.
