Shelby Named PSE Sales & Marketing VP

Precision Shooting Equipment, Inc. (PSE) on Jan. 23 announced the promotion of Blake Shelby to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Blake brings with him over 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry, and seven years of experience with PSE in his previous role of Marketing Director.
A pioneer in the world of archery and bowhunting, PSE’s company philosophy is one of great product design, strong values, and a clear understanding of customer needs. This philosophy is reflected in their new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
“Blake understands what PSE represents; he knows our brand identity, our customers, and he is a proven leader within our company. He’s done remarkable work over the last seven years as our Marketing Director, and we’re very excited to promote him to V.P. of Sales and Marketing,” stated Jon Shepley, President of PSE.
In his new role as V.P. of Sales and Marketing for PSE, Blake will oversee Regional Sales Managers as well as managing national accounts, and he will also continue to spearhead the branding, targeting, and promotional output from the marketing arm of PSE.
A native of Monroe, Louisiana, Blake Shelby lives there with his wife Olivia, and two daughters, Sydney and Cassidy. Before joining PSE as Marketing Director seven years ago, Blake previously held the position for both Haas Outdoors/Mossy Oak and Remington Arms Company.
According to Shepley, the decision was an easy one. “With his experience the industry, Blake is the right man for the job. PSE is the leader in archery and we know that Blake’s knowledge and experience is going to help the PSE brand grow and flourish for a long time to come.”
