KGBR FM 92.7, “The Bridge” in Gold Beach, Oregon is the latest affiliate adding Northwestern Outdoors Radio to its weekend line-up and will air our hour-long show every Sunday morning between 6 and 7 AM. KGBR broadcasts from the Southern Oregon Coast and “The Bridge” references the US Highway 101 bridge that crosses over the mouth of the famed Rogue River where it flows into the Pacific Ocean. The waters around Gold Beach are known for being some of the best in the Northwest for fishing and jet boat tours originating from town take people up the Rogue River for incredible wildlife watching experiences.
With the addition of KBGR Northwestern Outdoors Radio is now airing on 54 stations and is one of the five most widely distributed outdoors radio shows in the nation. John Kruse is the host and producer of the weekly broadcast that covers fishing, hunting and a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. John is joined on the show by regular contributors Kelsey Hilderbrand, the host of Crosshairs and David Sparks who shares his Sportsman’s Spotlight courtesy of the Ag Info Network.
Northwestern Outdoors is sponsored by Leupold & Stevens, High Mountain Hunting Supply, Mack’s Lure Company, Camp Chef, Mar Don Resort and the Wallowa County Chamber of Commerce. Additional information about Northwestern Outdoors Radio, now broadcast 63 times a week on 54 stations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, can be found at www.northwesternoutdoors.com.
