Remington Names Franklin and Neary to Distributor Sales Positions

Remington Arms Company, LLC, (“Remington”) has named Carol Franklin as wholesale business development manager – handguns and Jack Neary as regional sales representative.
“Filling these key positions with qualified candidates will help us better service our customers, improve our growth prospects and assist us in the execution of our strategic sales plan,” said Jay Bunting, vice president of distributor sales. “We are excited to be bringing Carol and Jack on board to start some very important work with our field sales team.”
Franklin comes to Remington with over 24 years of firearms industry experience. She began her career at Franklin Gun Shop in Athens, Ga. where she spent 17 years in retail operations. She continued her career in the firearms industry and held several sales and operations positions for firearm manufacturers until 2011. More recently, she was the national director of sales, shooting sports at Big Rock Sports. Franklin will report directly to Jay Bunting, vice president of distributor sales.
Neary comes to Remington with over 26 years of successful experience in the consumer electronics industry. In addition, Neary was a member of the United States 2005 and 2011 world benchrest teams, holds six benchrest world records and was inducted into the Benchrest Hall of Fame in 2010. Neary will report directly to Shari-Lynn Fix, director of distribution sales.
