WHO:
The fastest off-road racers in the country are set to kick off the 2014 GNCC season in the grueling sands of Florida for a three-hour test of speed, skill and endurance. The whooped out sandy terrain at this year’s season opener will showcase the true warriors and produce some of the most exciting racing action of the season.
Factory FMF/KTM’s Kailub Russell enters the 2014 season with the coveted #1 plate, joined by several past GNCC champions: AmPro Yamaha’s Paul Whibley (2012/2009), Factory FMF/KTM’s Charlie Mullins (2011), Rocky Mountain ATV*MC/AmPro Yamaha’s Josh Strang (2010) and the surprise return of 2000 GNCC champion Shane Watts of the Maxxis/KLIM/DirtWise KTM team.
Johnny Campbell Racing (JCR) Honda makes its east coast debut with #3 Chris Bach under the tent, while 2008 XC2 Pro Lites champion Thad DuVall returns to contend the championship aboard his all-new RideMPS.com/AMSOIL/Honda team. Other notable contenders include AmPro Yamaha’s Jordan Ashburn and Factory Husqvarna’s Andrew DeLong, who will make his XC1 Pro debut this season and will be joined by Husky teammate Mike Brown at Round 1. Additionally, longtime professional Motocross/Supercross star Ryan Sipes will make his official off-road debut this season aboard a Rockstar Energy Racing/WMR Off-Road-backed KTM in the XC1 Pro class.

Daytona Supercross Weekend Special: Any Supercross Season Credential holder may present their hard card at the front gate for FREE entry to Round 1 of GNCC.
