This week on Gun Girl Radio is a full recap of the 2014 IDPA Indoor Nationals. One of the largest IDPA matches in the country this match has offerings for shooters, press and companies from all across the county. Tune into Gun Girl Radio as hosts Randi Rogers and Julie Golob share information from the inside.
At the 2014 Indoor Nationals host Julie Golob helped both the competitive shooting sports and the firearms industry by donating her time and equipment to helping Katie Pavlich of Townhall.com shoot the match and IDPA for the first time. Julie shares her experiences as both a coach and spokesperson with the listeners of Gun Girl Radio and even gives some tips on being a coach on the range.
In a unique recording this week, Julie will then hand off the show to co-host Randi Rogers for a full rundown of the match. Listen in as Randi goes over a stage by stage breakdown covering what the shooting involved, descriptions of the props and how an indoor match offers different challenges than an outdoor match. Randi even shares tips on what shooting lessons she learned and what she will add to her practice regimen for next years indoor event.
