Benelli, an acknowledged leader in the firearms industry, is pleased to announce its new partnership with On The Road (OTR), the hit outdoor TV show featuring Aaron Lewis and Rock Bordelon.
Aaron Lewis, a Vermont native, nurtured his love and passion for the outdoors in the Vermont backwoods through his early hunting and fishing experiences with his father and grandfather. Lewis is the lead singer and founding member of the popular rock group, Staind. He has recently ventured into country music with the 2011 release of his first solo EP album, Town Line, which went gold with his hit Country Boy. In 2012 Lewis released his first full-length solo album, The Road, featuring the hits, Endless Summer and Forever.
Co-hosting OTR with Lewis is Rock Bordelon, a Louisianan who grew up on the bayou in a small Parrish hunting ducks, squirrel, rabbits, and deer. Bordelon used every method imaginable from bows to shotguns and rifles to hunt, stalk and take game throughout his native Louisiana. Bordelon currently owns an ATV Park and Carey Lake Ranch in Jacksonville, TX, where he continues to pursue his passion for hunting and fishing and enjoyment of the outdoors.
OTR follows the hard-working, day-to-day lives of Lewis and Bordelon as they keep busy schedules, but allocate their time-off to enjoying the great outdoors. Watch as they travel to many different parts of the world, pursuing the hunting and fishing offered in remote and exciting locales. OTR airs Sat. at 10:30 p.m., Sun. at 1:30 a.m., and Thurs. at 11:30 a.m., (EST) on Sportsman Channel.
“We believe in the products of our partner sponsors and stand behind them every step of the way,” said Lewis. “We’re proud to be associated with great companies like Benelli and to be able to rely on their guns in tough and rugged situations. Time is valuable, we can’t afford to use products that fail.”
Meet Aaron Lewis at the NRA’s 2014 Annual Meetings in Indianapolis, Indiana. He will be at the Benelli USA booth (#4653) on Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to Noon when he will sign autographs. Attendees can enter for a chance to take home an Aaron Lewis-autographed guitar.
