HatsanUSA Turns Down the Volume of PCP Airguns

Turkish airgun manufacturer Hatsan is known throughout the world for its superior craftsmanship, attention to detail and hard-hitting power. Now, the company is releasing its highly innovative QuietEnergy Technology on select airgun models to reduce noise without affecting the airgun’s muzzle velocity or accuracy.

This cutting-edge technology utilizes a fully integrated shrouded barrel that tapers into a sound moderator to drastically reduce the overall noise created by powerful pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) airguns by up to 50%.

“What’s great about the new QuietEnergy Technology is that it makes some of the most popular and powerful airguns from Hatsan even better without diminishing muzzle velocity or accuracy,” said HatsanUSA President and CEO Blaine Manifold. “Shooters will be able to enjoy a quieter and more enjoyable shooting experience. The reduced sound signature allows shooting closer to populated areas or shooting without startling nearby game.”

Like all airguns from HatsanUSA, nearly every component of the Quiet Energy Series is produced in-house by the Turkish manufacturer, including the high quality German steel barrels, and two-stage Quattro Trigger systems.

Hatsan’s QuietEnergy Technology is available for .177, .22, and .25 calibers of the Galatian, BT65, AT44-10 Long, and AT44-10S airgun models.

HatsanUSA’s Quiet Energy PCP airguns will be on display at the 2014 NRA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis April 25-27. Stop by booth #3248 to check them out.
