B.O.N.E. Tool Receives Golden Bullseye Award

Otis Technology was recently awarded the American Rifleman 2014 Golden Bullseye Accessory of the Year Award for their recently introduced B.O.N.E. Tool.
The award was presented at the NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 25, 2014 at the annual NRA Industry Awards breakfast. Leonard Puzzuoli, CEO, accepted this award on behalf of Otis Technology.
The Golden Bullseye is a symbol of excellence and innovation in firearms, accessories and related equipment. The B.O.N.E. Tool is a unique tool that tackles the hard to clean areas of MSR/AR style rifles – the bolt, bolt carrier, and firing pin. It features three different scraping mechanisms in a single tool.
“The American Rifleman Golden Bullseye Award showcases our commitment to innovation and technology at Otis Technology. We strive to design and develop new products to not only revolutionize gun cleaning but make it more enjoyable for the modern sporting rifle end user,” states Mr. Puzzuoli.
Since being named Accessory of the Year, the B.O.N.E. Tool underwent a slight engineering change to improve the overall performance of the bolt scraper end of the tool. The new design allows the user to be able to rock into the radius of the bolt when scraping to gain better leverage and remove more carbon and build-up. This enhancement will also allow the B.O.N.E.® Tool to be used on a wider array of MSR/AR bolts from varying manufacturers.
The B.O.N.E.® Tool is now available for 7.62mm MSR/AR rifles as well. The 5.56mm and 7.62mm versions retail for $24.99 and $29.99, respectively.
