Crimson Trace Seeks Sales Candidates

Crimson Trace, the acknowledged shooting industry leader for laser sighting systems and tactical lighting for firearms, seeks a Regional Sales Manager.  The primary responsibly of the RSM is to serve as account manager for direct accounts within an assigned sales territory in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Illinois.

The RSM will be responsible for developing necessary account plans to achieve overall territory sales goals. Additionally, the RSM is responsible for driving CTC’s sales goals and business plan objectives by cultivating and building CTC’s dealer base, increasing customer loyalty, and focusing on enhancing distributor and dealer relationships.

Crimson Trace RSMs are charged with analyzing assigned territory business opportunities and challenges, plus developing and implementing a productive sales plan to grow CTC’s market share and profitability in the territory. Other duties will require working to grow SKU sales, promoting OEM partner projects, along with managing and growing sales with distributors, key accounts and retail dealers.  Additional sales-focused duties will also be the responsibility of the RSM in this assigned region.

The RSM must achieve sales goals and business plan objectives in a two-step distribution system while enhancing the reputation and brand awareness of Crimson Trace and CTC products.

Among the qualifications for employment as a Crimson Trace RSM are having a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A minimum of two years recent sales experience working with chains, buy groups, on-line and catalog dealers and distributors is required.  Additionally, sporting goods/firearm industry experience is preferred and consumer package goods experience will be considered. Candidates should be a career oriented team player with a positive can-do attitude.
