Excalibur Crossbow Launches New On-line Customer Service System

Customer Service has always been very important to Excalibur Crossbow and has contributed to our growth as a company. However, we are always looking at ways to enhance our service and provide more resources to our customers.
To help reach our goal of providing the best customer service in the industry, we recently installed an extensive on-line customer service system that will offer access to Excalibur Crossbow customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our new system provides the following benefits:
- Incorporates an extensive knowledge base to answer popular questions.
- Answers in knowledge base have links to documents and videos related to your questions.
- Prompted questions to concerns provide for fast concise responses, will reduce the need for multiple emails.
- Ability to create an account so contact information is only inputted once.
- Will keep track of all interactions with our service department including any RMA’s status.
- System will automatically provide an RMA number, no more waiting for business hours to call somebody or wait for returned emails.
- Customer will receive all details regarding return by email.
- Customers will be updated by email regarding every state of their warranty return, including when the item has been received at our facility, and when it was shipped back including the method and waybill number for easy tracking.
The on-line customer service system is not intended to replace contact with our customers; it is designed to enhance it.
