This Week on The Revolution – Survival

It’s backcountry wilderness survival on this week’s broadcast!  Jim and Trav will be joined by survival expert Tim MacWelch, county music artist Craig Morgan, Hunt Masters’ Gregg Ritz, Tiffany Lakosky and ACR Electronics’ Nichole Kalil.  They’ll cover basic survival skills, important gear to have, how to stay mentally strong and much more!

Gregg Ritz

Gregg Ritz is the host of Hunt Masters on Outdoor Channel.  As a hunter who often pursues game in very remote locations, rugged terrains and even other countries, Gregg talks with Jim and Trav this week about how he handles emergency situations when help is not close by. He’ll explain why being able to establish some form of communication with reliable technology is a must, and why he always carries super glue.

Craig Morgan

Being properly prepared for any situation that may come your way can be crucial when it comes to survival situations.  Nobody knows that better than country music artist Craig Morgan.  Spending nearly half of his life in the military has given him a survival skill set that most outdoorsmen would be envious of. Tune in this week to find out how and why Craig Morgan prepares for the worst case scenario every day.

Tim MacWelch

Tim MacWelch is a survival expert and the author of ‘Prepare for Anything Survival Manual: 338 Essential Skills’. This week he is dishing need-to-know info on drinking unpurified water, situational awareness, staying mentally strong and positive in less than ideal situations and much more!  Check Tim out on Twitter here!

ACR Electronics

ACR Electronics’ Nichole Kalil is dropping in this week to talk about their line of Personal Locator Beacons, a very valuable piece of gear to have. Keep this small device somewhere on you and in the event of an emergency simply unravel the antenna and press the button and help will be on the way.
