HSS Introduces New “Buck Spotter” Mobile App

Just in time for the peak of hunting season, Hunter Safety System announces the launch of its new mobile app, “Buck Spotter,” available on iTunes and Google Play. This new app has been specifically created to allow users to stay connected with other hunters, as well as find locations to hunt. This app is right on target for the avid hunter and is available free as a download.
HSS Buck Spotter is an all-encompassing app that allows deer hunters to engage with other deer hunters like never before. Buck Spotter gives users the ability to share photos of their buck, see who’s out hunting, connect with other hunters, find new locations for your next hunt, and find where the big bucks are being taken—all at their finger tips before, during or after their hunt.
“Hunters in today’s world are on the move, and they’re using mobile application platforms like never before,” said Jerry Wydner, HSS president and CEO. “We all know that the first place hunters go to search for a product or service is online. It is also the first place they go to share information.
“Everyone wants to share their success story and show the pictures of their trophies,” Wydner continued. “This app allows for instant communication with other hunters whether they are friends, neighbors or celebrities hunting hundreds of miles away.”

The current version features Casey Keefer of “Dropped” and “Rival Outdoors,” but will change to showcase other well-known TV personalities who hunt in the security of a Hunter Safety System vest.
Casey, his brother Chris Keefer, and other HSS Pro Staffers including Lee & Tiffany Lakosky, Mike Stroff, Jason Cleveland, Michele & Fred Eichler, Don Kisky and Stan Potts will be utilizing the HSS Buck Spotter App this hunting season, allowing fans to stay in touch and know where they are to get immediate news of their hunting victories, as well as their defeats.
