Beware of Owl: Oregon Town Installs Warning Signs for Avian Hat Thief

Residents of Salem, Oregon have been looking at the sky in terror after multiple reports emerged of an owl attacking joggers and occasionally stealing their hats. Wildlife experts believe the attacker is a barred owl. According the Huffington Post, “No one has been seriously injured by the owl in Bush’s Pasture Park, though the bird did fly off with two joggers’ hats.”
