Video: African Warthog Nearly Stumbles into Blind, Shot at One Yard

Brian “Pigman” Quaca has seen a lot of pigs in his life, but his closest experience was during a recent bowhunting trip in Africa when a warthog decided to investigate his blind. At less than a yard, Brian scored his closest ever kill with a bow.
“Dust is flying, the pig was so damn close that I actually jumped back,” Brian said during the video.
An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Brian nearly ended his career—and life—five months ago when he got into a horrific car accident. Brian’s Ford Expedition slid off an ice-covered highway in Colorado and tumbled into an embankment, leaving the hunter with serious injuries. Brian has since recovered and is now back to doing what he loves, but not without lots of effort and patience.
