For anglers who like a challenge, there are ways to make catching a fish more difficult—like deep sea fishing with a ice fishing rod and reel.

This video shows us that it’s possible to go deep sea fishing with a tiny rod and reel as long as you are patient. The angler in the video really had to work the line in order to reel in a red snapper.

While the size of this fish might not seem very impressive to anglers who routinely pull giant muskies through the ice, it’s still pretty admirable given the equipment used.
