Video: Angler Catches Redfish on Barbie Pole Using Chicken Nugget

Some anglers want to challenge themselves by using unusual equipment. Using a chicken nugget attached to a children’s barbie pole certainly qualifies as unusual.

The angler in this video used a Walmart barbie fishing pole and a chicken nugget as bait to catch a nice sized redfish. That’s a lot more challenging than using expensive specialized equipment and based on the angler’s reaction, it might be a lot more fun. Let’s call this one the happy meal catch.
