Video: Bowhunter Takes 105-Yard Shot on a Turkey

How far is too far for a bow shot on a turkey?

This hunter took a wild shot on a turkey, and it paid off. His 105-yard shot took some serious skill and luck. If you watch closely you can see just how much of an arc the arrow had on it’s path to the gobbler.

While this particular shot found its mark we can’t recommend doing this. Without essentially perfect shot placement, the possibility of grazing or injuring the bird is too high. Still, this might be a shot for the record books.
