As you may or may not already know suppressors are regulated under the National Firearm Act. Before you can take possession of one you need to fill out extensive paperwork, endure an extensive wait time, and pay $200 for a tax stamp.

In this video we have a man shooting a 10/22 into a Twinkie which seems to significantly reduce the report of the rifle. Does this count as a suppressor? We sure don’t think so, but who knows what the men and women of the ATF will think.
