Watch for This Outdoor-Themed Commercial During the Super Bowl

What draws your attention to the Super Bowl? Do you intend to sit down and watch every play made during the big game? Or are you just in it for all the delicious snacks? No matter your reason, make sure you’re watching during the commercials because Busch will be rolling out a new ad that all outdoorsmen can cheer.

Here’s the ad you will see during the first quarter of the game this Sunday:

“The goal for our first-ever Super Bowl commercial was to create a spot that was unmistakably Busch,” said Chelsea Phillips, Sr. Director of Value Brands at Anheuser-Busch. “By featuring our iconic ‘stream pull’ and the ‘BUSCHHHHH’ can crack sound, we created a relatable and funny spot, expected to resonate strongly with those consumers who have the same values that we do.”

If you’re sitting there thinking to yourself, “I think I’ve seen this ad before,” kudos to you for catching on.

It’s very subtle, but in this new spot, Busch reintroduces their brand to the world, and also pays tribute to their roots by incorporating some elements from an older campaign. Can you point them out?

Here’s the older campaign to jog your memory:

“Busch is staying true to who we are and what we stand for as a brand with the ‘BUSCHHHHH’ spot,” added Phillips. “Plus, the Super Bowl gave us the ideal platform to tease our refreshed packaging that will hit shelves in April.”

It’s no secret that we at OutdoorHub love the outdoors, so this spot resonated biggly with us.
