Hotel Chain Offers ‘Reindeer Stay Free’ Promotion This Holiday Season, and We Smell Trouble

This is one of those things where somebody was trying to be cute for the holiday season, but it could end up backfiring in a major way.
According to their website, “This holiday season, Extended Stay America is announcing that Reindeer Stay Free and so can your four-legged friend!”
Now, on the surface this looks like a great idea, especially for those travelling with pets over the holidays, but you just know there’s going to be that somebody who’s going to ruin this for everyone . . .
“As Santa’s Favorite Hotel, Extended Stay America is Santa’s home away from the North Pole this holiday season. Santa needs a place to kick back, and enjoy a silent night and restful sleep more than anybody! Traveling the world in a single night is no easy feat, but Extended Stay America looks to make holiday travel a little more merry and bright by extending the comforts of home!” the promotion continues.
We’re just sitting back wondering when someone will show up actually expecting a room for themselves and a sled full of reindeer, and then what?
Can you imagine the carnage after Santa’s hardest workers have a slumber party in a hotel room? It certainly won’t be a “silent night,” that’s for sure!
