Video: NEW Auto Mag Release from Strike Industries

Nowadays, it’s becoming more and more customary for companies to leak, if not just flat out announce, their new products before SHOT Show even begins. Strike Industries apparently jumped on that bandwagon, and released a clip of their new product on their Facebook page. (Be sure to turn up the volume of the Facebook video.)

What do you guys think? This seems like a really cool concept, especially for anybody running three gun courses, or for combat training, but it likely won’t be favored at your local gun range where mag dropping is frowned upon . . .

A Facebook user asked a good question under the video: He asked whether or not the final product (this is still patent pending) will hold the bolt open, and S.I. confirmed that it will. That’s good to know!
