President Trump Considers More Gun Control Steps
OutdoorHub Reporters 02.21.18
President Trump took another gun control step this week by urging the Justice Department to implement a ban on bump stocks.
Now, we hear he’s moving for more regulations, which could include a minimum purchase age of 21 to obtain an AR-15, NY Daily News reports. Currently under federal law, the minimum age to purchase a handgun is 21, while the legal age to buy a long gun is 18.
And that’s not all that has been flying around the rumor mill lately . . .
If you follow the POTUS on Twitter, you may have found yourself scrolling through a string of tweets where Trump suggested we need to focus on strengthening background checks.
Whether we are Republican or Democrat, we must now focus on strengthening Background Checks!
