Beat the Fall Rush by Taking Your New Jersey Hunter Education Class Now
OutdoorHub 05.15.12
The NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife is reminding the public that the best time to take a hunter education class is NOW! Last year over 6000 students completed the course, offered free by the division, and over 4000 of them waited until the fall.
Register for a class this May or June and enjoy the following:
- Smaller class size
- Greater teacher to student ratio
- Shorter lines
- Greater selection of classes
- Nicer weather
With classes in the fall averaging over 100 students, you may not find a class if you wait. Classes in May and June seldom exceed 50 students.
So beat the fall rush and register now!
