Prince Harry Sells Hunting Rifles and Gives Up Hunting to ‘Please’ Meghan Markle

Prince Harry has reportedly sold his handmade Purdey hunting rifles and gave up hunting altogether out of deference to his wife Meghan Markle.
According to sources, the prized English firearms – worth over $60,000 – wound up in the hands of another hunter in a private deal that took place five months ago, before the royal couple stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family.
Someone who is close with the anonymous gun buyer said: “He bought them because he wanted them, not because they belonged to Harry, but he was quite chuffed when he found out. They are beautiful examples and he’s very pleased with them but he’s not the sort of person who wants to boast about the royal connection.”
Harry was introduced to firearms at a young age, and even harvested a buffalo before. But the word is Meghan is opposed to hunting and friends of Harry say he would give it up to “please” her.
We all have that one friend who’s changed after being in a relationship. Sometimes it’s for the best, and other times you can tell it’s only a matter of time before they start cancelling hunting or fishing plans. Does any of this sound familiar to you? What advice would you give to the prince if you were in his shoes?
