Super Pacific is a Portland-based producer of lightweight and sleek rooftop tents that are built specifically to tackle the climate those of us in the Pacific Northwest often face during our outdoor adventures (read: a lot of rain). Super Pacific’s New Therma Puff Insulation Kit for the X1 Camper
“At Super Pacific we have been gearing up for the coming winter and are excited to announce the launch of our Therma PuffTM Insulation Kit! We have essentially designed a puffy coat to line our four season tent so that X1 owners can keep their campers cozy during their winter adventures,” said Super Pacific Founder and President, Peter Williams. “The Pacific Northwest is an excellent testing ground because it has heavy rainfall, four distinct seasons, and diverse terrain. You can wake up for a morning surf on the coast, be making turns in the high mountains by lunch, and sleep under the stars in a cold clear desert that night. It makes for a killer playground to develop and test our gear.”
Each piece of the Insulation Package is crafted with cutting-edge, durable materials and optimized to work with the X1 four season tent geometry for ventilation and moisture control. The interior and exterior layers utilize a single-ply woven recycled polyester, called Challenge RBC200D, while the insulation layer consists of a 3.6 oz Climashield®. Climashield® is the world leader of manufacturing and developing continuous filament insulation that is commonly used in gear supporting alpinists and is 100% made in the USA.
The Therma Puff Insulation Kit for the X1 Camper is available now and being sold for $695.00. The Super Pacific Therma Puff Insulation Kit includes an insulated ceiling panel with mounting hardware, an insulated headwall panel, two insulated side wall panels, and a storage bag.
