How to Keep a Second Arrow Handy at all Times

I use this tip so that I am always ready for a second shot, should the need arise.
When bow hunting from a tree stand mount a second quiver bracket (indentical to the one on your bow) to one of the siderails of your treestand. When you are secure in the tree and ready to begin hunting remove the quiver from your bow and lock into place on the stand. This will hold your quiver secure and keep it handy if you need to make a followup shot.
Always mount the bracket on the same side as the hand you shoot with. You don’t want to have to swap your bow to the other hand to retrive an arrow.
Don’t use this tip as an excuse to take a bad shot, but as a back up in case you do.
